Israeli attacks kill 20 Palestinians in Gaza since dawn as death toll nears 64,000

Israeli forces have killed at least 20 Palestinians across Gaza since dawn, according to medical sources speaking to Al Jazeera Arabic.

Backed by unwavering US support, Israel’s genocide in Gaza has continued since its assault began on 7 October 2023.

Local authorities say at least 63,746 Palestinians have been killed and 161,245 wounded, the majority women and children. More than 10,000 remain missing, hundreds of thousands have been displaced, and a famine has already claimed 367 lives.
