Israel kills 45 Palestinians in Gaza since dawn, including 20 seeking aid

Israeli forces have killed at least 45 Palestinians in attacks across the Gaza Strip since dawn, according to medical sources speaking to Al Jazeera Arabic.

Among the dead are 20 people who were receiving desperately needed aid, Gaza’s hospitals said.
