Israel kills two leading Gaza journalists in suspected prelude to assault

Israeli forces have killed two of Gaza’s most prominent journalists on Sunday night, in what likely signals the start of a major assault on Gaza City. 

A source at Gaza’s Baptist Hospital told Al Jazeera Arabic that five Palestinians were killed when Israeli forces bombed a house in the Al-Sabra neighbourhood, south of Gaza City.
