Israeli forces raid homes in occupied West Bank, issue demolition notice
Israeli authorities have issued a demolition and land seizure notice for a Palestinian home in the village of Zawata, west of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, Palestinian news agency Wafa has reported.
Israeli military vehicles stormed Zawata and several neighbourhoods in Nablus, and raided multiple homes.
At least 13 Palestinians were wounded in an attack by Israeli settlers in the South Hebron Hills of the West Bank, Palestinian media have reported.
More than 700,000 Israeli settlers live in 150 illegal settlements and 128 outposts built on stolen Palestinian land throughout the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, in violation of international law.
In the last few days, the Israeli army has also forced thousands of Gaza City's population, who have already been displaced multiple times, to flee south.
Since the war started, over 63,000 Palestinians have been killed in the besieged enclave. The war has been labelled a genocide by world leaders, historians, and human rights organisations.
Israeli military spokesman Effie Defrin has said it has taken over 40 percent of Gaza City and that its military operation is expected to escalate.
Gaza City residents are being pushed westward, as Israel has intensified bombing in the enclave.
