At least 51 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza so far on Friday

At least 51 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza as a result of Israeli attacks since sunrise on Friday, according to hospital sources.

This includes 36 civilians in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip.
