Report: At least 46 killed since dawn today

At least 46 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks since dawn today, including 44 in Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip, according to Al Jazeera, citing sources on the ground.

At least two people were killed and several injured in Zarqa area of Gaza City, sources at the Al Ahli Arab Hospital said.
