At least five killed by Israeli strikes on Lebanon

At least five people were killed on Monday by Israeli strikes on Lebanon, the country's health ministry said. 

Israel has regularly carried out air strikes on Lebanon since Hezbollah was resigned to sign a lopsided ceasefire in November. 

Monday's attacks came after Lebanon's government said last week that its military would begin implementing a plan to disarm Hezbollah.
