Gaza death toll since dawn rises to 39

Israeli forces have killed at least 39 Palestinians in Gaza since dawn, Al Jazeera has reported, quoting medical sources. 

More than 20 people have also been reported missing following Israeli air strikes.

Among these are seven aid seekers.
