Current ceasefire talks may no longer be valid, Qatari PM says

Prime Minister of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, on Tuesday, said that current ceasefire talks may no longer be ‘valid’.

“When it comes to the current talks, I don’t think there is something valid right now after we’ve seen such an attack,” he said.

Addressing the press, he said that Qatar is an intermediary country, and this attack can only be called "treachery".

Dismissing claims that the Hamas leaders may have survived because of a US tip about the Israeli strikes before they happened, he told reporters that "this was a treacherous attack, 100 percent, it was not known until it happened."

"Netanyahu said he will reshape the Middle East, will he reshape the Gulf? What Netanyahu is practising is state terrorism to destabilise the region. We have reached a pivotal moment that there must be a unified response to Netanyahu’s barbarism," the prime minister said.
