Saturday death toll reaches 41

Israeli forces have killed at least 41 Palestinians in attacks across Gaza since dawn.

Of that figure, at least 29 were killed in Gaza City amid Israel's ongoing onslaught which has levelled residential buildings and schools sheltering displaced people.

Earlier, the Israeli army confirmed it had struck another high rise building in the city, and warned of an "increasing pace of attacks".
