New armed division enters Gaza City for ground invasion, Israeli military says

The Israeli army announced that its 36th Division, a subordinate to the Northern Command, has joined the ground operation in Gaza City. 

The armoured division, otherwise known as the Ga'ash Formation  or "Rage" in Hebrew, withdrew from the Khan Younis, south Gaza, earlier this month to prepare for the current invasion in the city.
