Israeli strikes kill at least 11 Palestinians across Gaza since dawn

Israeli forces have killed at least 11 Palestinians across the Gaza Strip since dawn, medical staff told Al Jazeera Arabic. Seven of the victims were reported in Gaza City, while hospitals in central Gaza recorded fresh casualties.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir el-Balah confirmed it received two bodies and several wounded after Israeli aircraft bombed a tent sheltering displaced families in the al-Sawarha area, southwest of Nuseirat.

Emergency crews also reported that an Israeli drone strike on the Tal al-Hawa neighbourhood, southwest of Gaza City, killed two more people.

Israel’s bombardment continues to hit residential areas and shelters where displaced Palestinians are seeking refuge, deepening the civilian death toll.
