Will provide post-war peacekeeping force in Gaza, Indonesia says
Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on Monday reiterated his country’s offer to provide peacekeeping forces to help stabilize Gaza after the war.
Subianto had made the offer last year, with Indonesia remaining the only country to publicly do so.
During his remarks at the UN General Assembly’s two-state solution conference, Subianto said, "We will recognize Israel when it recognizes the independence of Palestine. The establishment of a Palestinian state must be guaranteed."
