Israeli media says 911 soldiers killed since Gaza offensive began

Israel’s Channel 12 reported that 911 Israeli soldiers and officers have been killed since the beginning of the assault on the Gaza Strip.

According to Kan Channel, a major who succumbed to his wounds on Tuesday after being injured yesterday is the first Israeli fatality in Gaza City since the army launched its operation to seize the city two weeks ago.
