Saudi Arabia pledges $90m to international fund for Palestinian Authority

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud on Thursday announced the launch of an emergency international coalition to fund the Palestinian Authority (PA), adding that Saudi Arabia will contribute $90m for the effort.

"The coalition would provide direct financial support to the PA with a number of important partners," he said, speaking at a news conference in New York on the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly.
