UAE urges Netanyahu to accept Trump Gaza plan

The UAE has urged Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to accept US President Donald Trump's Gaza peace proposal ahead of a meeting between the two on Monday, a delegate told Reuters.

According to the delegate, UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed also warned Netanyahu in a meeting at the UN General Assembly in New York on Friday to abandon plans to annex the occupied West Bank, saying that it would stop further Israeli normalisation deals with Saudi Arabia and Indonesia.
