Italian unions call for strike over Israel's Sumud Flotilla attack

Italian unions called a general strike for Friday in solidarity with the Sumud Flotilla as it comes under Israeli attack.

Demonstrators in Naples entered the city's main railway station and halted train traffic. Police surrounded the Termini railway station in Rome after protesters gathered there. 

The Flotilla includes, Italian, British, US and other citiznes. 

"The aggression against civilian ships that were carrying Italian citizens is an extremely serious matter," the CGIL union said.
