Israeli strikes killed at least 11 Palestinians in Gaza this morning

Israeli attacks on Gaza have killed at least 11 Palestinians in the morning hours, according to hospital officials and rescue teams speaking to Al Jazeera.

A child was killed by Israeli drone fire in the Ansar neighbourhood, west of Gaza City. In central Gaza, at least nine people were killed and 13 others wounded when Israeli forces struck a displacement camp. Another drone strike south of Deir el-Balah killed one person and injured at least 10 more.

Since Israel launched its war on Gaza in October 2023, at least 66,148 Palestinians have been killed and 168,716 wounded.
