Israeli strikes kill six Palestinians in Gaza since dawn

Six Palestinians have been killed and others wounded since dawn on Sunday from Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip.

Medical sources cited by Wafa news agency said that four people were killed while waiting for aid in Rafah, south of the enclave.

In the northern Gaza Strip, one man was killed by Israeli shelling targeting Gaza City. Others in Gaza City were injured after Israeli strikes hit the upper floors of residential buildings.

In central Gaza, one man was killed and others injured by Israeli fire near an aid distribution centre close to the Netzarim corridor.

Meanwhile, medical sources confirmed the recovery of the body of a child killed in an airstrike on a home in the Al-Tuffah neighbourhood in Gaza City on Saturday.
