Morning update

Here are the latest updates from Israel's war in Gaza:

• Gaza’s Government Media Office said that the number of Palestinians killed in the enclave has exceeded 76,600 since the beginning of the genocide.

• The office said the number of missing persons has reached 9,500 and the percentage of "total destruction" has reached 90%.

• More than 80% of Gaza's area is now under Israel, which has dropped more than 200,000 tons of explosives. 

• Israeli media have reported that 1,152 soldiers have been killed since 7 October 2023, and more than 40% of those killed were under the age of 21.

• Israeli forces blew up the home of Palestinian prisoner Ahmed al-Haimouni in the West Bank city of Hebron, who they accuse of financing last year's Jaffa attack.

• Israeli occupation forces carried out raids in areas of the West Bank, including Tulkarm and the town of Deir Jarir.
