Indirect talks begin between Hamas and Israel in Egypt, says media
Indirect talks between Hamas and Israel about Gaza have begun in Egypt, according to Egyptian media.
Earlier on Monday, delegates from Hamas and Israel arrived in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, an airport source told AFP.
The negotiations mediated by Egypt, Qatar and the United States are set to discuss the details of a proposal by US President Donald Trump for a prisoner-captive exchange and a ceasefire in Gaza.
