White House: Trump watching prisoner swap live from Air Force One
US President Donald Trump watched the livestream of Israeli captives being released from Gaza while flying to Israel aboard Air Force One, according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
Leavitt shared a photo of the moment on social media, calling it “history in the making.”
Trump is expected to land in Israel for a brief visit that includes an address to the Knesset, before departing for Egypt, where he will co-chair an international summit aimed at ending the war in Gaza.
