Trump: Hamas must expedite process of handing over bodies of prisoners

US President Donald Trump said on Monday that Hamas must expedite the process of handing over the bodies of prisoners, and that Israel has not violated the agreement. 

"We have stopped eight wars in the past months, and we are working to stop the ninth war, and we have saved the lives of millions of people," Trump said. 

Israel allowed Hamas to enter areas under the Israeli army’s control in Gaza to search for remains of captives, Israeli media reported. 

Channel 12, citing security officers, said Hamas has been working in cooperation with the Red Cross and Egyptian teams for the past 24 hours to locate the remains of captives in areas still occupied by the Israeli army beyond the "yellow line”.
