Israeli soldiers enter Lebanon town, kill municipal employee, local media reports
Israeli soldiers on Thursday raided the southern Lebanese town of Blida and killed a municipal employee, local media have reported.
Israeli troops entered the town of Blida after midnight with several military vehicles and stormed the municipal building, as per the official National News Agency.
At the municipality, Israeli soldiers killed Ibrahim Salameh, an employee who had been staying there, the report said.
The soldiers withdrew before dawn and the Lebanese army later entered the building and recovered the body of the municipal worker, NNA adds.
Times of Israel reported that the army has not yet made any comments on the incident.
