Israeli forces kill Palestinian teen, settlers shoot another in West Bank

Israeli forces on Monday shot dead 17-year-old Jamil Atef Hanani in Beit Fourik, in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian health ministry said. 

Israeli forces also conducted search operations and arrested Palestinians during the raid across the West Bank on Sunday night and early on Monday.

Targeted in the raid were the towns of Allar, and the villages near Ramallah, northeast of Jerusalem and east of Bethlehem.

Al Jazeera quoted sources in the occupied West Bank as having said that a Palestinian man died after being shot in the head by an Israeli settler in the Ras al-Joura area, north of Hebron. The Palestinian Red Crescent said that Israeli forces prevented its crews from reaching the man.
