Gaza civil defence urges displaced Palestinians to take precautions ahead of heavy rains

The Gaza Civil Defence has urged on Friday displaced people in tents and shelters across the territory to take necessary precautions to avoid damage from a severe weather system, after rain flooded tents overnight.

Authorities called upon Palestinians to cooperate and support one another, stressing the importance of securing tents and placing sandbags around them where possible to prevent flooding.
