Israeli restrictions on aid leaving civilians hungry and homeless in Gaza, says UK minister

British minister for development Jennifer Chapman on Thursday said that Israeli restrictions on aid and crossings are leaving civilians hungry and homeless in Gaza.

"We continue to press Israel to allow an urgent increase in the volume of aid to Gaza," the minister said. 

"Settler violence is escalating in the West Bank, and Israeli government measures are hindering economic development," Chapman added.
