Trump renews threat to attack Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain
US President Donald Trump has again threatened to strike Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain and civilian infrastructure, including bridges, unless Tehran agrees to a deal.
Speaking to Fox News, Trump said negotiations had produced “good talks”.
“Pickaxe Mountain is not a big problem. We have a very strong position with Iran now,” said the US president.
Trump said he would prefer not to target Iran’s power stations or bridges but kept military action on the table.
“I’m not looking to do that,” he said.
